I just got my emails saying I have free magazines in my account (checked on my PC to confirm) but when I log into Zinio on my PB it says System Error. Try Again Later.

Anyone else having problems logging in?

Go to your PlayBook settings by swiping down on the home screen.

    Click Security.
    Click Application Permissions.
Click on Zinio. Now for Device Identifying Information, you have to select "Allowed."

It should now work for you.

I did that days ago when I first signed up for the free magazines. Double checked and it is set for allowed.

Delete and Re-Install. Had the same issue; that resolved it.

That did the trick. Interesting that Zinio doesn't show up in App World's "My World." It must be deleted by hitting the trash can icon.

It's a core install; comes with your PlayBook... So, technically, you didn't download it. Glad it worked for you!

Funny thing is several other programs came with the PB and they show up in My World...used to inconsistencies with BlackBerries...part of the fun

Actually reinstalled it today and couldn't find it. But found it by searching magazines then I noticed I had misspelled it and it was zinio not zino.

    No, WiFi only.

I had the same problem. I had taken to reading my subscriptions on the pc, but I really wanted it on my pb for portability. The permissions suggestion didn't work, bit the delete/ reinstall suggestion did. Thank you to the forum members for the suggestions.

Zinio offered me free mags for signing up too. Unfortunately I only got a few and then they erased my credits for some reason. Emailed them to ask why and was just ignored! Not nice!
