Uncompressor, but it can't do multiple rar files, which makes it useless to me.

Alas, from its manual: unrar 'not yet supported'...
(and I checked from the console it's not either 'preinstalled' in the underlying linux...)
Maybe by launching a windows winzip within win95 in DosBox? (which would be definitely, *extremely* complicated! [edit: I don't advise this, indeed. It's a matter of spending 1 hour setting up and then 10 mn per processed file, if this works])

Completely unnecessary, there is a rar.exe that works on DOS, you can use it directly in DosBox via command line (I have done it previously, it does indeed work on the PB via DosBox).

However, there are better options in the form of Android apps. AndroZip is one I have heard good things about on the PB. (Not sure if it's in App World, or needs to be sideloaded, but that's not overly important; it's available in some form, and it works well from what I can gather).

EDIT: ES File Explorer might handle RARs as well. Or it could be just ZIPs, not 100% sure.

FWIW, I just found "Dual File Manager XT by Medieval Software" that announces .rar support, but in the comments there is immediately one saying .rar does not work.
A free app, maybe worth trying?
