Why is the podcast app still not available to non North American users? If RIM are serious about turning around their fortunes, they cannot keep treating non North American customers (ie the areas where the company is actually increasing market share) as second class customers. It is disrespectful and makes no commercial sense.
It's the same for other apps for which RIM limit the audience, like the routing app. Can you imaging Nokia making their GPS app just for one consumer market? I can't.
Sort it out RIM!

Could have something to do with licensing issue, but I agree RIM needs to get on the ball towards fixing it ASAP!
