Send an email out to [email protected] and let them know you want a Canucks Live app for the BlackBerry Playbook and for BlackBerry phones as well. There are more BlackBerry phones in Canada than there are Android phones. The Playbook makes up 15% ( and growing ) of the Canadian tablet market. Send an email to them and let them know that.
The squeaky wheel gets the grease. Make your voice heard
Yea i know we can buy the whole NHL live thing and stream on the PB. BUT ! since the NHL does a blackout on local teams, this is not ideal. The live app is a one time payment of $10 for one year and play your local team.
It drives me crazy why they will soon support Android phones but no love for BB.

I hate the local blackouts. I'm a Leaf fan (Don't hate me). I purchased a separate LeafsTV subscription to catch games that were/are blacked out. But even then, I don't think they show every game.
As soon as I find away of, legally, seeing all the Leaf games. I won't have use for my cable anymore. I can already catch any shows I watch from The CTV, Comedy Network...etc sites.
The Blue Jays games would also be a nice to have.
When all that happens, I'll plug my PlayBook into my 52" via the HDMI connection, and use my Torch as my remote.
I will drop in and sent them an email too, though i just help you guys out to make it possible.
Though i don't know anything about hockey games lol. Hope my vouch helps out.
I'm in, email already sent. Nice to see a lot of real fans here (Canucks and BlackBerry ) Not like the "fans" that destroyed our beautiful city last summer. At least justice is finally getting served!
It would be nice if they updated the Rogers Canucks app for OS7 devices such as the Bold 9900 and the Torch 9810. Anyways just my 2 cents.
^^ Yea love it. The sad thing is that's the only life in that building. The stands are full of corporate season ticket holders that like to sit on their hands. We need more people like that kid. It's a shame most people complain if you stand up and dance during a game.

Fans will generally cheer you on if you're entertaining enough. Case in point:
