Update on next release - Meeting Minutes Pro

The next release for meeting minutes pro will be available later this week. it will have the following new features...

1) Link agenda items to discussion/action items
2) Option to group together agenda and related discussion/action items in the exported meeting minutes
3) Search feature in the FAQ screen (now that it has become a pretty long list)

I meant to reply to your last thread about updating it, but forgot. I don't much like Android apps, and the UI in Android apps... but I must say, it runs very well and the UI is very friendly. I think Native, as I believe you are going, will be even better, and some color might be nice.... but I am really impressed. It is simple and works well. Good job on it!

One more release is in the working... This will optimize the UI for mobiles phones (BB10 ready to simply say) and also enable portrait mode (in addition to landscape). There might be some other features that will get added but not confirmed yet....

The next release is ready and has been submitted to RIM now... Should be available for download in the next 1-2 days... This brings in the following features...

1. Portrait Mode enabled
2. Support for multiple font size
3. Rearrange Agenda Items and Discussion Items
4. Export Action Items of a single meeting into a csv file
5. Fully optimized UI for mobile phones (ready for BB10)
6. UI optimization and improvements

really happy with this purchase. The more I use it, the more I like it, and with all the updates it continues to get better and better.

the big request I have is exporting action items to the Playbook calendar, and importing Playbook contacts.

not being very smart when it comes to developing programs etc, I am not sure how difficult a request this is, but had to ask anyway.

highly recommend the app to others.

Thanks for your comments. Glad to know that you like the app. The two features you requested are already available in the app but are disabled for the BlackBerry PlayBook. I am waiting for RIM to enable them in the BlackBerry Android Runtime. Hopefully they will be available on BB10..
