Problem solved, not 100% sure what the cause was, But I think what resolved it was closing the Blackberry Software before launching DDPB Installer.. And after that Android applications seem to install and work perfectly.. =D
Make sure you got the right ip and password for the installer. If you did security wipe multiple times and get everything right, not much that you can do. You mentioned that you're able to install a few apps on the last OS2.0? Security wipe should be able to fix it. Hopefully somebody else can help you out.
