Tubemate
Hi! First post.. :) What is the current release of tubemate for sideloading on my PB? Tried the one in the BAR list, but it doesn't seem to work. It loads, I can search, but it won't play anything/download anything. Says "can't get video information" Is there a setting I am missing??

The latest version, I think is 1.05.45 (don't know if it has been converted to BAR), but I'm running 1.05.39.234 without any issues.

I can't figure out what I am doing wrong. I can find/search for a video, but if I tap to play it, nothing happens. Or I get fetching video data -> unable blah blah blah. should i post a video??

Do your search. Tap on a video to choose it. The name of the video and a thumbnail will appear at the top. Then tap the downward pointing green arrow. A dialogue will appear asking you whether you want to download or watch. Choose download. Another dialogue will appear giving you the available options for download. Choose one and the download will start. You can then tap the folder icon at the bottom right, and you'll be taken to the download screen, will will show you the downloads progress. The video will be downloaded to SDcard/Videos, but should show up in your Videos app.

So I installed ver 1.05.28.183 I get the green arrow, everything happens like you said it should. I click on the folder icon to see the list, but nothing downloads. It just says 0kb, N/A
I tried to watch it instead but it says i need an FLV player. Do I have to get one to watch??? if so can u recommend a player for me?

Re: Tubemate
Actually Tubemate is now my preferred way to watch Youtube videos because I could also download it instead if I want to AND for some reason HD streaming is more consistent than through the webpage on the browser.
