Stream HBO and movies to your Playbook. Shaw subscribers, Canada.
If you are a Shaw subscriber you can log in to your account online and watch movies and HBO programing on your Playbook. I know it's not perfect but it's better than nothing.
Bellow is a screen shot i just took. Gives you an idea on what it looks like.
Love that Flash

HD Movies on Demand with Shaw VOD - 02-22-2012, 08:06 PM #4
I have a @shaw.ca email address, and can log into their webmail no problem...
but when I go to HD Movies on Demand with Shaw VOD and try and log in, it seems like it loads but then just goes back to the login screen. No errors, no messages nothing.
any ideas? - 02-22-2012, 08:12 PM

RogersOnDemand.com works for free content as well, however, they seem to have blocked access to subscribed content when you log in (aka HBO, etc). Sucks...

Telus' "Optik on the Go" has apps for android/iphone as well as a website Optik on the Go , but i cant sign in, it keeps saying incorrect password. I wonder if Telus will support the Playbook as they have the remote recording smart phone app.

It keeps going to exotic.shaw.ca and loads black window and stops.
- 02-24-2012, 09:14 PM #21
So exotic.shaw.ca does NOT work... But vod.shaw.ca does
. Thank you!!!
