    when try to install a program i get
    install error (0003-0005)
    there was a problem during installation. please try again.
    how do i fix that

    1. Go to settings – date & time. Then turn off "set date & time automatically" then advance the date forward a month or so.

    2. Go to settings – BlackBerry ID. It will refresh your info and hopefully fix the problem.

    3. Set the date again and see if App World will work now.

    You probably upgraded from the beta and if so a wipe and clean install will fix this.
