    And if you don't want to advertise your Facebook or Twitter account? You just want to create an account and add your Skype / MSN account on it.
    I guess you cannot do that.

    Some time ago it did work without FB/T (I definitely used it like that). But now my company also banned its url, so I'm back to square one in this area
