I'm looking to have what I believe would be a simple app created.
A simplistic description would be that I want to be able to have a screen full of items to check off, and at the bottom right, would be an option to create a LIST of the items that weren't checked off.
Anyone willing to build this for me? It doesn't even have to be pretty :-)
I second this request. It would be great to make surveys, and exporting as a txt file the results.
Perhaps with multiple choice answers, numeric field and text notes.

I dont think the OP is talking about a survey app. But an app for checking-off stuff. Usefull in the groceries store !
The scenario i imagine using a survey app would be this:
The app should have the ability to create a new form and save it as a template.
In that form the possiblility to add infinite fields such as:
Multiple selection -
ex
Products:
- a
- b
- c
Numeric field
ex
number of employees - And a litle text box ready to accept numbers.
And so on.
Emailling the resulting data file to my email would be enough for me.
I can picture a lot of business that can use this kind of apps.
Would gladly pay for a copy.
Its possible to make, but first I'll wait to see what the OP's idea is.
The chance is 90% that I can make the app that the OP wants (if the description is right)
Essentially it would be a "Loading plan" for a Hardwood flooring display.
I would want to have all the products that are in the display listed, and have a checkbox by each SKU. I would go through a customers display, check off the samples they had and then the next step would be a text file or similar would be created as the last step that would list the panels they had out, or in most dealers case that are lost :-)
I don't see an option here to attach a file or else I would
It would be to used as a Hardwood sample panel checklist. Id actually need three different versions for the three different lines my customers have in their stores
