    Default sideloading difficulty

im attempting to sideload some video game emulators on to my playbook. i followed the thread with the you tube clips sushistew did action for action using the BBH tool however when i hit the install button on the BBH tool i get a message instantly that the selected bar file has not been installed. this is what im doing action for action in my failed attemps.

    1. i have development mode turned on the playbook
    2. password is entered
    3. connect playbook to cpu and ensure the cpu reads that the playbook is there.
    4. BBH tool is turned on. i type the development ip address into BBH tool. 169.254.0.1.
    5. enter pevious chosen password
    6. choose snes bar. file
    7. hit install
    8. get fail msg

when i boot up the BBH tool program i get a msg that says " No Blackberry OSs installed. Please browse for your OS Folder". i imagine that message might have something to do with my problem but im unsure how to proceed. any help would be apreciated.
