Has anyone noticed that sometimes when attempting to write a review for an app the functionality isn't there? I've seen multiple instances where the "write review" (or whatever it is called) button just isn't there. I wanted to add my 2 cents for an app I downloaded that totally didn't work but it seems like RIM has disabled reviews on it. Don't want to sound like a conspiracy nut but...
Am I missing something?
