no. I installed in both my two PB and it is same. when I tap crackberry app, it opened and then I click "forum" icon on the left side, it opened another screen. so basically, there are two screens: one is crackberry app and one is forum

Just realized there are two apps, CB App, and CB Forums. I disliked CB App for the same reason, and am now trying out CB Forums, which I'm liking so far.

thanks. just downloaded from app world and it is what I want. but it is sort of silly of doing this: first: two apps for same,second, it is crackberry!

Yeah, I tried that CB App a while back, and immediately scrapped it. I'd been reading what others were writing about CB Forums, assuming they were talking about CB App, and not understanding anything. This thread finally made me realize there might be a second app, coz I had the same issues with CB App as you.

The CB app is quite pathetic, yes. All it seems to do is provide a few links which then open in the browser. I promptly deleted it and got the CB forums app instead, which is definitely a lot better.

I like both. I use the cb app for the blog posts, and I like that I can type in a search request and it pops the browser open to the playbook forums with search results.

I also like the new ported forum app. fast and smooth.

I understand that there is an integrated cb app coming for bb10.

the only thing I'm not liking about the forum app is that my screen seems to change from yellow-ish to white when I scroll up and down. Tough on the eyes sometimes.

The CB Forums app on my 9380 is garbage. It crashes constantly and the search function appears to have been removed.
