please sir, just got my playbook and all bar filles/applications u tried to sideload couldn't work after the OS update. Please do provide me a usefule lukn where i can download working bar files from especially skype, whatsapp, Baddoo, wechat and some games. Thanks a lot.

Just because you can convert a program, doesn't mean it will work. Skype doesn't work, I don't think whatsapp did either. Netflix doesn't work (not in your list, but just in case). The android runtime on the playbook is version 2.3 and there is no way to update it, so anything which needs a newer version of the Android runtime will definitely not work. Badoo seems to need version 2.3.3 of the Android runtime, so I'm going to guess that it won't work either.

The only way to check if a program works is to install it and try it. If not, then uninstall it. A good place to start is over at Blackberry Playbook and BB10 Android Apps
Not every program I've tried has worked, but there's a better chance of these working than trying random programs from the Android app store.

Anybody know if Flipboard works last time I tried it didn't but it was last year....
