photo/design edit for playbook

I am looking for a program that lets me take a pictures and then add stuff to the pictures. Example: i want to take a picture of my bathroom and circle stuff that i want to change about it.

I bought this when it was not on sale and it's really nice I would recommend it will do exactly what you want and more.
