Have you tried 'PDF Reader' or 'qPDF' from app world?

And then on that page if you click on 'secure connection' it goes to:

https://www.pdfunlock.com/

Thanks a lot! I mistakenly understood this was a PB app!
In France all is well right now (but it's winter )
