Since I installed 2.1.0.1032 of the PB OS I've been unable to change the font size that Kobo displays for any book in my library. The "slider bar" that is accessible from the "gear" icon in Kobo has no effect and the font Kobo displays appears to be the hugest font it can handle. Pages are only a couple of sentences long! This is really irritating and seems to only be a problem since the 2.1 upgrade was made available.

So far, Kobo support has only asked me a bunch of questions and have not acknowledged that there is an issue.

Also, I've uninstalled and re-installed Kobo several times since I encountered this problem to no avail.

Anybody else having this problem?

I just tested and it works for me. Did you try completely turning off the playbook and turning on again.

Oddly, when I picked up my PB to follow the Kobo support people's special instructions to uninstall/reinstall I had a notice that there was a 2.1.0.1032 4 MB update waiting to be downloaded and installed. Once that had finished (only took a couple of minutes) I fired back up Kobo and "viola", my font re-sizer works again!

Apparently a 2.1.0.1032 bug (sure wish that when they push out updates they'd tell you what's in 'em!).

The Android version of kobo in BAR format was updated on my site to the latest, has WAY better and more current functionality then the native playbook app.

Can't even make the Kobo native app on my playbook work. Just shows a white screen.
