I highly doubt anyone will share it. Other than xscaha, everyone I know of who has publicly mentioned having it has an old buggy version in which saving doesn't work. Besides that, there is a good chance this will be a paid app when it launches, and everyone I've talked to who has (or has had) it is strongly against piracy, which sharing an app that will be paid would be akin to.

Just have a little patience and perhaps put some pressure on Halfbrick to get it released officially.

It does seem to be free (or at least have a free version). Search "Jetpack joyride APK" in your search engine and try to download it. Then to check out the threads to make it into a bar file and sideload it. If you can't find steps 2 or 3 (make bar file and download) post back and I or someone else will point you in the right direction. If you know someone with an Android device compatible with it then you can also have them download the game and then backup/transfer the APK file. If you don't know how to back up the downloaded game I can give you some names of apps that can back it up.

I know you say, "don't tell me how to get it, just give me the .bar file", but it is really helpful to know how to do it rather than rely on others. There will maybe be other games or apps you want and you can do it yourself rather than waiting for someone to happen to have it or do it for you.

Otherwise get yourself an Android / Apple tablet (And it is definitely free over there)..
Oh and I think there is a Facebook App version of Jetpack Joyride too. Maybe that will keep you busy for a while..

Unlikely to work if the game is using native libraries.. But someone can try that in theory..

Won't work, it uses native code. If that were going to work, we would all have been playing the game on our PBs long ago.

Do you have any idea how much of a spoilt brat you're sounding? "They have it, why can't I?" - this is the logic of a selfish, spoilt child. The people who have (/had; I have deleted it because of the bugs) it are respected and trusted members of the community. A few people were putting effort into figuring out how to exploit the vulnerabilities in RIM's servers (purely for educational purposes, none of us were interested in downloading paid apps), in order to be able to find and download unreleased games and apps. During the course of this research, someone discovered the URL to download Jetpack Joyride. This was shared with a few other trusted individuals (myself included, much to my delight), in the hopes that that URL may prove useful to figuring out the process (and I for one fully intend to purchase [if it is indeed a paid app] this app the minute I hear it is released, and so had no problem justifying my downloading of the app morally to myself; I would have no way of guaranteeing you would do likewise if I were to share the app with you). Some of us came quite close to figuring it out, but RIM finally seems to have fixed their servers and this URL (along with others like it) no longer works. I for one am glad, as it means the end of a loophole that I don't doubt was being exploited for piracy.

ok sorry to be sharp here. you WILL NOT get it with this kind of attitude. I agree that free apps on other oses should be free on pb, but it isn't the case. also this doesn't work converting the apk as we know, and I have tried many versions. if you are desperate go and bug others on warez sites, you have stated you don't care about piracy.

I want this game myself, but I won't die from waiting! man, think we have an oscar winner here! but remember this is a community of support and above all courtesy, none of which I've seen from your posts on this subject

Sorry, I meant in general to any app. Search for the apk and convert to a bar. I know some apps don't work but I had no clue about that particular app as I don't much use games on a tablet and never even heard of that game. So yeah, since it doesn't work when others sideloaded it, then don't waste time trying to do it.

Oh, and I do think that it is a free game on Android, but if not, then obviously the OP should buy it and not steal it.

In fairness to the OP, there is almost no chance this would be a paid app at all. Its free on every platform it is made for. So the chances of it actually being a paid app are very slim, but I will agree it should be considered piracy until we know for sure.
