Help for Video converting

I have a mkv. file with subtitle... as a softsub...

which way is the best way to convert this to a MP4 file with hardsub? (so i can watch it on my PB)

Hmmm... not sure about converting video files with soft subtitles to video files with hard subtitles but you can start here
