Google Apps on Playbook ?
will the playbook ever get any native google apps ?
i really use a lot of google apps so this would be great

Depends on what you mean by "Native Apps" and you want to do things legally on the Playbook.... if you mean APK which is native Android App.... the answer is no.... all Android files to play on the Playbook must be converted to bar files..... If Android is improtant to you you are better off switching to an Android tablet......

Thanks Jethro, yeah im not having a dig im just asking will we get our own google apps like google Maps playbook edition when i say NATIVE i mean a true playbook version not just a port.

I wonder if they will ever come. RIM ditched google maps and search in favor of bing. Google will probably wait until the OS has a larger market share before considering supporting their services.

Just remembering that google pulled the (useless) gmail app for blackberry a few months ago. probably had something to do with it.
