Front Runner is another solid native Playbook game with excellent graphics and control. It consists of blasting enemies away but provides a means of upgrading the ship speed,ship armor, weapon strength and weapon rate of fire similar to an RPG where you equip with better strengths and such or akin to Gran Turismo type games where you upgrade through buying stuff. I'm just in the beginning stages of this game but so far it is simple, enjoyable and fairly easy. But I don't know how the difficulty will ramp up. But it is definitely worth more than the $1 price.

Yeah I think it got reviewed too on the Crackberry main site.. Haven't got around to trying it yet though
