I found Radare while randomly googling for playbook stuff, It has a Playbook port but it does not seem to be on the app store.
It has many features that could be useful to developers wanting to debug on the Playbook
itself among other things. I have not compiled it yet or anything(It's use is well beyond my capabilities) so I am hoping others will try it out and find it of some use.
