Wall is removed yaay!
All I've noticed extra though is action replay (thats nice), undo - redo which is ok I guess, but still no craft save. While messing about I screwed up my craft and had to start from scratch, no big issue really, just takes about an hour of rocket tweaking to get it stable again.
Shame there are no new rockets or technology enhancements....
I'm now maxing out at about 2060cm I think, no wall issue but no more thrust. So I was on top again last night, wonder who's on top now, I've a feeling I might get ousted quite quickly if someone had a more effecient craft (mine is pretty good, but I'm sure there are better designs). I might actually try less rockets or no pop cans as maybe lightness can increase height/speed/distance. If not It'll be interesting finding out.

I was patting myself on the back for 2060-odd last night! Gonna have to have a major rethink, unless Borceg was lucky with a glitched flight. I had a feeling I'd get beaten quite quickly but not by so much! Can you confirm number of rockets / cans etc used? Just propulsion, not fussy about your configuration of wood/girders used. :)

4 loosely connected rockets, extremely weird rotation used for them, 4 planks that are shaking like a naked girl, 5th rocket just in case if craft rotation goes wrong. The most important is to take off the landing pad correctly between the first small cloud and first big cloud at the top.

I got to just shy of 1800 on my craft, at which point i started tweaking and busted it to pieces. Can't get my "groove" back. I'll have to start from scratch.

Indeed, i'm confused as to why the wall isn't extended well beyond possible reach.
Gonna be a fun night trying to get to 3500cm lol. I never considered rotation in a good way, I've always build crafts that take off level, then rocket up at an angle (like a jump jet on short run way take off). I use 3 wings to keep it all stable in flight.... might bin some bits tonight and see if I can't smash into the wall too. :)

Did you update your firmware, because you were commenting on a lot of game crashes a couple of pages back?
You must have had a bit of a Quantum leap in craft design because 1 page back you were struggling to get close to me in range, but now you've far surpassed me. You said you'd worked out my firing technique (or more accurately mastered what i'd described, which is great), but i've a feeling your craft is a lot different to mine. :)
I've been toying with the same craft for a good 2-ish weeks, I think i've now got a bit stale with my design so time for a big rethink, you've mentioned you use craft rotation. I'm now thinking you might be using rotation to keep Herbie in the craft. I have the problem that if I modify my current design too much herbie pops out the front of the craft if I get a little slow rotation, meaning his craft splashes down before him meaning a lower distance. Rotation might just be the key to keeping the little blighter locked up nice and tight.
I'll do some experimenting tonight, and if I develop a new craft I might just post the original 2000+ craft up here for others to get ideas. ;) Gotta share the love!
You don't surely mean the small cloud directly above the platform? But the mid-sized one about 20cm to the right. I know about the huge one up high though. I think we both travel the same route!
I have managed to get my current craft to 2060 using the high route, and 1200+ flying low and fast under all clouds. I was quite pleased with that, if they introduced some high hazzards I think with a Nitro rocket or two I could break 2000cm flying low and fast. But only time will tell what new kit we get.
1088, 32gb PB. Here is pic of my craft - figure it out :) Notice the rotation of the rockets. Yep it seems a little bit weird but it's ****in awesome. Next, notice the herbie, it's like in cage and it causes rotation. If I stay on the platform a little bit longer, craft is gonna start rolling down the hill. It seem than the physics I've been studying at university doesn't make any sense :D
First small cloud directly over the platform and first big cloud that is vertically over it(it's a bit on the left, and quite higher). And I'm 100% sure that I hit wall on 3500, not cloud.

Borceg, the cloud directly above the platform. Do you fly before it, or fly after it?
Projectile motion over/above the cloud that is directly above the platform. It's a very tricky if you go under it, either you'll hit first cloud group on 100+cm or you'll crash somewhere between 150-1900cm.
My super flight is shown on this pic. Max limit is around 3800 without wall.
