    Hi,

    Just wondering if it is just me here, but my Facebook app no lonfer loads up my friends profile pictures.
    I have excluded outside problems by trying it on two different internet connection over wi-fi and via 3G on bridge.

    I removed the app and re-installed it, no change... any ideas?

    It sounds to me like the Playbook is not getting good reception from the Wifi connection. I would try another location to see if that helps.

    nonsense, I was stood next to the router in both instances, at home and on the wi-fi in the office.

    yeh im getting the same problem as well. Some of the pictures from the albums dont load either. Seems like there are still a few more bugs to fix... How do we report this to RIM?

    The sideloaded Android app does not show that problem. So it's RIM's app only.

    This happened sometime in the past week. I'm guessing Facebook changed something on their end and an updated app needs to be released.

    Maybe it's part of the rumoured PlayBook update.

    They were concentrating on BB10 and apparently already gave up on the Playbook a long time before they "officially" dropped support.

    I am surprised to see an issue with such a popular app took so long and hasn't still been rectified. After I saw these kind of issues and famous BB10 saga with playbook, I am definitely not buying any BB product in life again. Playbook was first and last I purchased. Even though I dont like Apple but I would still own it if it carried value for money and freedom I require with my gadgets.

    The android sideloaded app is a solution, however, not being designed for PB, the app isn't as fun to use as it would be on android. You have to zoom in/out continuously to be able to use app comfortably.
