    Having problems reading a book on any of PlayBook friendly reader apps. It's a non fiction book with plenty of references and footnotes. On calibre on my pc all of it works fine on every app bb appworld offers for ebooks I can't access most footnotes or bibliography references. Other than recoding the book by hand any ideas? Thanks in advance.
