When will the PS4 and Nintendo WiiU emulators be ready???

Great work Mr. Developer. I don't use emulators but I really really appreciate your work.

Just reiterating what I wrote on the other emulator thread.
Will these emulators be released to App world? It would be very helpful if we they were there and all roms would need to be manually added;. That way we would be sure to have the latest version of the emulator.
Or if there is a way to see the current version of the emulator we have so that when there is an update we would know which version we have. - 06-28-2012, 03:06 PM #314
They are waiting on the android Saturn emulator to be released to see if it's worth porting, and I think we could push for Sega CD/32x/game gear,and mame. And from what I have read here in the forums is NDS is kinda pushing it a little farther than is possible, though I think it could be done but what do I know? I'm kinda developer illiterate, so looking at somethings hardware i cannot tell what is or is not possible.

Any update planned for Snes or NES emu?
For example the onscreen controls of pcsx work imo much better than the ones of snes9xpb and the NES Emu doesnt really support PAL Games (the run to fast
)

I will be posting up an android app that I built tonight. This is my second app that I actually made myself so be gentle. I am with my daughters at derby practice right now, so when I get home I will put it up. The app is an easy way to find and download roms to your playbook. This is a starter app and will be improved in the future.
Also on a sidenote, I am very interested to see if there is a possibility of somehow porting over MUGEN to the playbook. For those who don't know what mugen is, check youtube. I just found out MUGEN through a coworker two days ago and I am hooked. I have over 200 characters and about 70 stages in my setup right now. The game is amazing and could be even more amazing if completely built and given the ability to play others online. Not sure if it is open source but for those interested, there is a program called Motion in Joy that allows you to use your ps3 controllers with a bluetooth dongle to play games on your computer with a ps3 controller. - 07-01-2012, 08:42 PM #325
There are legal sites with roms on them. Most roms are already released by the company. It all depends on the rom and the system in which it was designed. Most companies don't want you to get any monetary gains from their roms. My app that I designed is really just a redirection to the rom database from a website making it easier to find your rom. Very helpful tool that I have used many times myself. The search is a plus as well allowing you to search the web not just the one site. Will put the apk up later for download.
