Ok guys here is a nice Email client from (Adam) Notion ink, the source code is based on K9.
To be able to attach any file type to emails please use "OI File Manager" (attached in the post)
Issues: do not dowload attachments, just press open.

Can you please give me step by step (for dummies) instructions to install or a link to instructions? I would freakin' love to have this!

It initially froze my pb, when I was naming my account in the setup, but after a restart it seems to work.

jamesharmeling, look at the first 2 stickies they have the instructions in there. Search for DDPB.

This is an os2 app? I'm one of the "patiently waiting" sheep and haven't taken the plunge.

Hmm, side loaded it, but it does not open on 1.07.3312
Yeah, this is an apk inside a bar so I think this is for android player.

    In the apk:
    "Notion Ink Email for Android"

I was beginning to think that the SDK release from RIM was going to be a benefit
with apps developed for the Playbook.

I've tried Kaitenmail and Android Email. Not fully convinced as to the smoothness in operation of any of them. Can anyone say how this one is working for them before I install this bar?

I seem to get notifications from kaittenmail even when the app is closed so thats not bad at all. As far as functionality it works great.
