Browsing the App World today, I noticed that handster published the Android version of Box, but we already have a native Box.net app I'm sure there are more apps coming for which we already have an app for like kobo. I had not thought about it before, but is this a good idea or not? On one hand some android apps have more functionality, but they can't be run at the same time as other apps. Do you think RIM should filter out duplicate apps?

Assuming both work, choices are always good . Look at evernote for example. PB version is broke for OS2. But android version works well and brings different featurez.

Kobo is awful for PB, good for Android (can sideload to it).
    Choice is good.

I agree choices are good, but there should be a way to identify which are ported and which not maybe (I know RIM don't want to shout about it too much but would be nice to know)...
