Swipe downwards from the top bezel > Select wifi settings > from select network option choose saved network you will find an edit button. After that connect to wifi, it will work.
Something is messed up with wifi and appworld so changing wifi is a necessary workaround. Always do this before entering appworld as it will automatically enter a saved password which is why it says you have already entered it X times. Hope RIM fixes this soon, very annoying...
