Hi is anyone else getting a message on the blackberry video store that it only works in the USA.
It worked before but suddenly I got that message.

Perhaps the network you're on has a US proxy. Whenever I stay at a Hampton Inn in eastern Canada my devices always think I'm in the states.

It worked before but suddenly I got that message.

Did you ever download the original USA version of the video store? The icons are identical. Whenever I accidentally tap on the icon for the USA Store from Canada I get this message. Tapping on the other icon gets me to the Canadian store; no further error message.
Try deleting the video store and reinstalling it.
