i am not a developer, but it seems like it would be relatively easy to create a bluetooth phone app to use the phone service on the blackberry device via bridge onto the playbook. I see the new conwave phone app, but why can't a program be written to use the already bridged blackberry to be the phone source and the playbook as a wireless bluetooth headset. Add phone screen for dialing numbers and that would be it.
I'm sure this has been asked before, just wondering why it hasn't been done yet.

Because the playbook doesn't currently support the required headset or handsfree bluetooth profiles. Without that, you can't properly utilize the PBs speakers and microphones.

Depending on security issues, it definitely sounds possible but it may also need the programming development kit and that is still in the offing.
