Hopefully most of the decent ones allow a trial period, I think that's the decent thing to do. I'll gladly buy an app that I like which I've been allowed to test-drive.
Anybody notice the "potential partners"?
Anybody want to tweet him the Skype petition results, I would but I don't have twitter... (Just to see his reaction!)
reading between the lines is always tricky. he could be saying potential partners because one day he hopes it will happen not that it will happen with OS 2.0.

This is true, but for the consumer's hopes, we hope that Netflix is a partner.
Personally I'd prefer movement on USB hosting then on Netflix for a bunch of reasons, especially for 16 and 32 gig PB owners. It's pretty critical for usability of the unit and opens some cool doors of possibilities.

Baby Steps I guess, eh.
I would also, I don't see the "greatness" of Netflix...
There's differing appeals, I think. I could care less about Netflix, as our selection in Canada isn't as great. I could see USA citizens wanting it more.
Alec Saunders tweeted - "Delays of Approving appworld vendors / submitting apps are due to huge influx of apps. We will have this solved by Monday/Tuesdat. Sorry!"
Looks like tons of new apps are coming to the PB!!!

" According to BlackBerry PlayBooks motherboard -OMAP4430 chipset, it has USB -On-The-Go (OTG) which means any USB device (CD burners, card-readers, flash drives, external drives, etc) can be connected to it like connecting to your PC/Laptop. As we know RIM is very keen about security of their products to be secured, so we thought they will put limitations to that port and not allow so extended feature to it. Lately, @BlackBerryDev on Twitter with the hashtag #AskBBDev were answering all the tough questions about the BlackBerry PlayBook and good thing CrackBerry did question about the USB OTG and the response was,USB Host support will not be available at launch. We are investigating adding this in a future release "
Gah got my app in just now. A chip8 emulator but I had to restrict the ROMS to included ones only and it comes with one for now. It's free. Put my email in the description so people can email me requests and stuff. TBH its not quite a gem now but when I get say 20 games on it like space invaders and brix and tetris clones then I think it won't be bad at all. I wonder what we will see come out in the next few days...
