For all of you waiting for BBM like me there has been a new bridge update on bb appworld .. Install that on your device and you will have BBM on you playbook.. previous version ended .76 new one is .83...

I wonder if this is carrier specific, as I do not see this update on app world from my Torch, or on the Blackberry App World site, I still see .76. Did you install this new version and is it working for you? If so, could you let us know how responsive BBM is over Bridge; perhaps post a couple of images for us less fortunate souls? Thanks.

I logged into app world and reinstalled bbm and bridge, rebooted my device and can now also confirm that BBM is available via bridge on the PB. I just sent my first message using it.

Bridge installed on 9530 VZW shows no updates to software yet; did get an updated BBM on same phone this AM but no mention of Playbook in list of upgrades. Also nothing new in App World yet. Probably phased release?

Can anyone post the OS6 Bridge update for Torch. As you know AT&T has no love for us

Rebooting my Torch now for the update.... can't wait! Maybe this will help the bridge browser some also... that thing is just painfully slow!
