Just to let everyone know I did do a search on the forums for this information but after even doing a search which included "appworld refund playbook" did not come up with the correct answer. What happened is my Internet connection went down twice trying to download Bard's Tale and now it is not even in my uninstalled section in appworld. I have the email receipt for it. Who do I contact about this? I could have sworn I have seen threads on this before?
