Is there anywhere in Canada that you can buy BlackBerry App world gift cards?

Believe it or not I don't think there is. I just search ed this question yesterday. With so many people buying the playbook for their kids its really a lost opportunity but even without that for a company the size of RIM not having this available doesn't make sense. If I have this wrong some one please let me know because I have a heck of a lot of niece and nephew and kids of friends getting these for Christmas.

I've used Visa gift cards with the app store successfully.
