Default IS there a way to authenticate your email address with theh play store without an android?

As the title says, has anyone found a way to authenticate their email address with the play store without an android device? Or has anyone setup an dummy address that has been authenticated that's being passed around so people can log in and download apk's to convert?

Googling gives me this site, seems ok.

    http://fileneo.com/5rshk38k1gf5/youmail.apk.html

No guarantee the file will work after conversion though.

Thanks, but I've tried that one.. very old version, and doesn't work.. hoping to have better luck with the new version if I can get my hands on it.
