Default Link to My Measure .bar file - android port

There were a few folks looking for this. I can not remember where I got it. It is an older version but working on OS 2.1 just fine.
It is an app where you can take a photo for instance and then mark up the photo with dimension lines etc. - simple but solid
I will leave it up for a few days -

Photo Editor is a great photo app and along with a long list of features - you can also - write free hand, line tool, rectangle, Circle, straight line and type in text.

I confirm for Photo Editor, even the free version will let you paint over a photo you just took, which allows for (very minimal in that case) notes or measures.
You also have a photo taking / image editing capacity within notes taken by GroovyNotes, with a good drawing capacity over the image.
