has anyone updated the .bar with a real android logo instead of the ? the icon.png file is in the native folder of the sys.android.bar but this might not be doable with the signing issues.

go into My computer and check the directory structure. Or dir command from command line and see if the directories are there. Did you run Android SDK and let it update?

Well, I had to step out to do some stuff during the "howto sideload apk" hunt, but as I see they found it! My compliments to everyone who contributed to this result and it is definitely one of those moments that clearly displays the power of the crackberry nation!
    Again, thanks everyone!
(now time to sleep, it's 2:24 here now but I just HAD to read up and try it all of course )

Because Netflix is not currently working, does that mean it probably wont work with the official release?

The official app isn't even intended to sideload android applications directly in the first place.

Okay, so I have installed the SDK, followed all the steps but it says that the adb has moved and to update to get it back. However, when I try to install the updates, it fails
