Default Wireless Sync

Using Unite! we're able to get Calendar and Phonebook wireless sync from your desktop directly to your blackberry. That's a fact.

The problem is... everything works fine with calendar but I can't get phonebook wireless sync. Any one can help me?

Best regards,
Alessandre

Does your mail system support wireless synching of mail, calendar, and contacts? If so, ensure that your setting on the BB Desktop are configured to support that. If only one of these-say Contacts-is not wirelessly synching to your BB, try this. Go to Contacts/Address Book, and push the full menu button and select options. Go to Wireless Synching and turn it off. Connect your BB to your PC and open the BB Desktop Manager. Go to the Back and Restore icon and open it. Click on Advanced. When it opens, select Address Book and then click Clear. Close your way out of there and disconnect your BB. On the BB, go back to Contacts and Options and enable Wireless Synching. Ok your way out. Wait a few minutes and see if your contacts have wirelessly synched to your BB. it might take 20-30 minutes. If that does not work, I am not sure what else to try.

Are we talking about the same thing? Unite! configuration for wireless syncronizing... if so, sorry for my doubt. I'll give it a try.

It would not hurt to check all those things as well. You may want to post your problem directly with the Blackberry Unite support. Here is a link:

BlackBerry Technical Solution Center

Also, here is another link with the user guide for Unite. This may be of some assistance as well regarding the configuration and setup.

This probably isn't much help Alassandre, but I do not use Unite regularly, so perhaps one of the other CB members could provide more insight.
