Setting a Default Calendar

I set up Unite! today, for my girl and I. She is on her company BES so we are wondering if there is a way to have her companies calendar show as default and not all calander events.

It isnt a huge deal but the Unite! calendar is just so we know what the other has scheduled so we doesnt make other plans for us when one or the other is not available.

If it isn't possible it isn't a major problem but she just wanted to be able to see her companies calender 90% of the time.
