Default need help!!!
I just bought a blackberry bold 9700 sim card free. i am using a sim card the is on contract and i cant download app world. It says something like i dont have all the system requirements, although i am in the UK and have internet on my phone. What can i do to fix it?

do you have a data plan on it? does service books are ok? did you tried battery pull? wich OS are you running?

Hi, when you say you have internet, do you mean you have full data, internet, email capabilities? When you register a Berry on BIS (BlackBerry Internet Service) you create an account with them. If your internet/email isnt working correctly, you can log into your BIS account and resend the service books to your phone. A battery pull does a hard reboot of your device and can work wonders in situations like this. Try that first.
