Missed payment and BIS problem

Hello,

I have a PAYG blackberry on Orange. Yesterday I missed the £5 blackberry payment and my blackberry services were stopped.

I topped up and rang Orange who told me they have reactivated my blackberry service. I got a message saying the BIS had been reconnected and £5 had been removed from my credit.

However I am still unable to use the internet or BBM. I checked the status of BIS and it says 'connected to mobile network'

Is there something else I need to do? Any advice would be appreciated c:
