Help - Sync Problem
I have the Storm and version 4.7 desktop. I load and install the software and when I attach the storm it asks for an internet connection. Since I am in an office network environment, I opened a browser, so my pc was connected. Once I hit retry, it returns the same error message.
Any folks have a solution. My 8830, worked perfectly on this machine.
