Google and outlook

Ok can you please let me know how if at all possible I can get my outlook to over the air sync a blackberry for the calanders etc.
Does google sync work with this. so I want a push sync solution and at the moment I know a USB hard wired sync seems to be the only way but would like to do what apple has done with the cloud solution.

You can do this if you also use Gmail along with your Outlook. Use Google Apps Sync to automatically sync your Outlook to your Gmail, then try either the BIS sync or Google Sync to keep your contacts and calendar in sync.
