email filter

Guys I need some quick help.

I need to put a filter on my incoming emails so that I only receive emails from one specific email address. All others I do not want forwarded to my device. How do I do that?
I'm on AT&T network.

The email manager allows me to create a filter to disallow email forwarding, and it allows me to make a filter that forwards a certain email, however I'm not sure how to make the two work together in such a way that would make them not cancel each other out.
For example if I set a filter that does disallows all email to be forwarded to my blackberry, and another filter that allows only emails from a certain address to be forwarded to my blackberry, which filter would be overpowering which?
