DM won't load theme exported from Theme builder

Hi, I hope this is the right thread for this topic. I recently created a theme for my 8310 curve on Blackberry's theme builder but although I can export it to my phone as a useless zip file, I can't get the alx file that I get when I publish for device manager to work with application loader. I can select the alx file but I either get and error message along the lines of 'application loader could not find any new applications', or something like that, or once or twice I've had 'xml syntax error on line 1'. I've searched all over the internet and tried everything I could think of but I still can't get it to work. Help!

Try using the Install to Device export option.
