DM wont let me backup?

Just as it says: when I connect my BB to desktop manager to do a backup, it starts the backup and after only a few seconds says that it cannot back up databases and closes the backup. What is this and how do I fix it?

In DM go to Back up then select 'advanced' and when the device databases box appears hightlight 'browser data cache' and select clear. Then go back and do a backup.

Or otherwise, just goto your bb browser, clean up all the cache/history and the backup should works.
