Destop Manager Image Problem

hi guys...dunno what really the problem is...maybe anyone can help me on this please....tried more times to re-install but still getting this problem...
hope anyone have idea on this...

i can't view any image even the start or anything to activate buttons...is not visible....that's why tried always to move like a blind man now...

using 4.7 Version

I would try to download DM from the BB website and try to install that one you can just go to the sight or there is a like from my sight
