Desktop Manager doesnt show any error but couldnt press the icon

Hi, i am running windows vista 32 bit, i installed Dm 4.6, it can connect my bold but when i am in desktop manager, i couldnt press any option such as application loader, etc.

can you guys help me with this?

I have the exact same problem. No response when clicking the icons.
